Open your list. It was amazing. I recommend this to everyone who wants to have a nice view over the city. I asked for a room on a higher floor and when we checked in the lovely man behind the counter said no problem and out us on the 33rd floor out of 37 in total with a great view of the city and Alexanderplatz.
He could not have been nicer. Later when I rang to check if they had a phone charger as we forgot ours, they had one and said we could use it no problem.
A lovely girl brought it straight up to our room and let us have it for the duration of our stay 3 days. The staff here were definitely the most pleasant and accommodating I have ever experienced.
It was a delight to stay here. The room was so clean, beds are very comfortable and location is excellent, so close to trains, metro and lots of amenities in the area.
Any request has been dealt with immediately. Parking facilities has been great and affordable. Amazing view from the top off the building, and entertainment package.
Breakfast has been very nice and always fresh! Breakfast area has been outstanding, clean, open space, hard working staff, to keep the guest coming and going all in all it just worked without any interruptions.
The view from the higher floors was amazing. Location was brilliant for everything, breakfast was fairly good plenty of healthy options too.
